The "Slash Heater Cooler" is a heat exchanger capable of heating and cooling substances with a viscosity of 200,000 CP and solid particles up to 20mm in size, handling almost anything that can be pumped. It allows for a variety of processing treatments such as heating sterilization, cooling, freezing, blending, and crystallization of high-viscosity liquid foods. The structure of the dasher and the heat transfer medium can be selected according to the application.
